The Institut de France gives an award to Raphaël Rodriguez

Raphaël Rodriguez (Chemical Biology of Membranes and Therapeutic Delivery laboratory, Institut Curie/Inserm/CNRS) has been awarded the Grand Prix scientifique by the Fondation Charles Defforey (Institut de France) on the theme "Inhibiteurs chimiques naturels ou synthétiques: outils pour la recherche et la santé" (Natural or synthetic chemical inhibitors: tools for research and health). This award is for the originality of his research into targeting iron in persistent cancer cells with small molecules. Raphaël Rodriguez has also received the 2019 Tetrahedron Young Investigator Award.
